Job Description

 

I would like to describe some of my most important duties of being a director of department below:

Main duties:

·       I engaged in making National Population Policy 2016-2030

·       I prepare annual, 3 years, 5 years budgeting plans for the coming year.

·       I am a coach of soft and hard skills in GSPD.

·       I am an organizer and a core trainer on demographic dividend in a sub-national level training workshop within 25 provinces around the country including public servants are about 480 participants/year.

·       In a long vision, I would like to extend a profound regional training workshop on the demographic dividend and aging society.

·       I am also ready to extend my workshop to inter-ministerial concerned to be engaged.

 

Supporting work:

·       I initiated a Digital Employee Management System.

·       I am establishing a WEBSITE to share official documents with the public.

·       I am monitoring the FACEBOOK Page of GSPD for raising public awareness.

·       Most importantly, I am dealing with computer hardware/software, the internet, social media, printer/scanner, Wi-Fi configuration, smartphone applications, website updates, etc...

I would like to describe some of my most important duties of being an Information Technology lecturer below:

1.     Developing and delivering course content: As an IT lecturer, I am responsible for developing and delivering course content to students. This may involve creating lectures, designing assignments, and conducting assessments.

2.     Engaging with students: Engaging with students is a critical part of being an IT lecturer. I need to create a positive learning environment, encourage student participation, and provide feedback on student performance.

3.     Keeping up with industry trends: Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the IT industry is essential for an IT lecturer. I need to keep abreast of new technologies, software applications, and emerging trends, and incorporate this knowledge into my teaching.

4.     Mentoring and advising students: As an IT lecturer, I am expected to mentor and advise students, providing them with guidance and support throughout their academic journey. This may involve helping students choose courses, advising them on career paths, and providing mentorship on research projects.

Explanation of my major in Smart City, the Master’s degree that I graduated from a university in South Korea.

 

Smart City is an interdisciplinary field that combines technology, data, and urban planning to improve the quality of life and sustainability of cities. As a Smart City graduate, I have gained knowledge and skills in a range of areas, including urban planning, architecture, engineering, computer science, data analytics, and policy development.

 

Throughout my program, I studied various topics related to Smart City, such as the Internet of Things (IoT), big data, sensor networks, energy management, transportation systems, and citizen engagement. I have also learned about the various technologies and platforms used to collect and analyze data, such as Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning (ML).

 

In addition to technical skills, I have developed expertise in project management, stakeholder engagement, and policy development. This is because Smart City initiatives require collaboration between various stakeholders, such as government agencies, private companies, and citizens.

ពេញមួយកម្មវិធីរបស់ខ្ញុំ ខ្ញុំបានសិក្សាលើប្រធានបទជាច្រើនទាក់ទងនឹងអភិបាលកិច្ចល្អ ដូចជាតួនាទីរបស់រដ្ឋាភិបាល ក្នុងសង្គម ស្ថាប័នប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ សិទ្ធិមនុស្ស យុត្តិធម៌សង្គម និងនិរន្តរភាព។ ខ្ញុំក៏បានសិក្សាអំពីឧបករណ៍ និងវិធីសាស្រ្ត ផ្សេងៗដែលប្រើក្នុងអភិបាលកិច្ច ដូចជាការចូលរួមរបស់អ្នកពាក់ព័ន្ធ ការចូលរួមជាសាធារណៈ និងការវាស់វែងការអនុវត្ត។

 

បន្ថែមពីលើជំនាញបច្ចេកទេស ខ្ញុំក៏បានអភិវឌ្ឍជំនាញទន់សំខាន់ៗដូចជា ការគិតត្រិះរិះពិចារណា ការទំនាក់ទំនង ការសហការគ្នា និងការដឹកនាំ។ ជំនាញទាំងនេះមានសារៈសំខាន់សម្រាប់អភិបាលកិច្ចប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាព ដោយសារពួកគេអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យបុគ្គលធ្វើការនៅទូទាំងវិស័យ ចូលរួមជាមួយភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធ និងធ្វើការសម្រេចចិត្តដោយផ្អែក លើភស្តុតាង និងមតិរបស់អ្នកពាក់ព័ន្ធ។

 

Explanation of my major in the ASEAN Public Sector Leadership Programme, the training program that I graduated from at the Victoria University of Wellington in New Zealand.

 

The ASEAN Public Sector Leadership Programme is a specialized training program designed to prepare public sector leaders from the ASEAN region for the complex challenges of governance in the 21st century. As a graduate of this program, I have gained knowledge and skills in a variety of areas related to public sector leadership, including policy development, strategic planning, public administration, and stakeholder engagement.

 

Throughout my program, I studied a range of topics related to public sector leadership, such as leadership theory, organizational behavior, change management, and public finance. I have also learned about the various tools and methods used in public sector management, such as performance measurement, risk management, and stakeholder analysis.

 

In addition to technical skills, I have also developed important soft skills such as communication, collaboration, and intercultural competence. These skills are essential for effective leadership in a globalized world, as they enable individuals to work across sectors and engage with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.

 

កម្មវិធីភាពជាអ្នកដឹកនាំវិស័យសាធារណៈអាស៊ាន គឺជាកម្មវិធីបណ្តុះបណ្តាលឯកទេសដែលរៀបចំឡើងដើម្បីរៀបចំអ្នកដឹកនាំ វិស័យសាធារណៈមកពីតំបន់អាស៊ានសម្រាប់បញ្ហាប្រឈមដ៏ស្មុគស្មាញនៃអភិបាលកិច្ចក្នុងសតវត្សទី 21 ។ ក្នុងនាមជានិស្សិតបញ្ចប់ការសិក្សាពីកម្មវិធីនេះ ខ្ញុំបានទទួលចំណេះដឹង និងជំនាញក្នុងវិស័យជាច្រើនទាក់ទងនឹងភាពជា អ្នកដឹកនាំក្នុងវិស័យសាធារណៈ រួមទាំងការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍គោលនយោបាយ ផែនការយុទ្ធសាស្រ្ត ការគ្រប់គ្រងសាធារណៈ និងការចូលរួមរបស់អ្នកពាក់ព័ន្ធ។

បន្ថែមពីលើជំនាញបច្ចេកទេស ខ្ញុំក៏បានអភិវឌ្ឍជំនាញទន់សំខាន់ៗ ដូចជាការទំនាក់ទំនង ការសហការ និងសមត្ថភាព អន្តរវប្បធម៌។ ជំនាញទាំងនេះមានសារៈសំខាន់សម្រាប់ភាពជាអ្នកដឹកនាំប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាពនៅក្នុងពិភព សាកលភាវូបនីយកម្ម ព្រោះវាអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យបុគ្គលធ្វើការលើវិស័យនានា និងចូលរួមជាមួយអ្នកពាក់ព័ន្ធពីមជ្ឈដ្ឋានចម្រុះ។
